Our Policies

We require clients to have a skin test with us at least 48 hours before their service, this also applies to clients who haven’t visited us in 6 months. Your health and wellbeing is the most important thing to us and we can’t compromise on it 🙂

We require consultations to be done before every appointment, this ensures that we deliver to your needs and meet your expectations. Some colour clients may be required to come in for a consultation before their service for us to take the strand test.

The following clients require a consultation/skin test before booking in;

  • new clients
  • haven’t been in for over 6 months
  • have coloured hair at home or elsewhere since the last visit to us
  • are looking to change their hair colour
  • during and after pregnancy
  • change in medical treatment

Clients who choose to book online need to make sure they are booking correctly, we kindly ask our clients to call us to reconfirm the service and book thereafter. Services times and prices vary so to ensure we are giving you enough time and quoting you correctly give us a call and we can confirm everything for you.

As a salon we must ensure that every client has healthy hair, therefore all our clients that are having bleach services are required to have either Innoluxe or Smart Bond in their bleach, this is to ensure your hair is kept in the best possible condition. The cost of Innloxue/Smart Bond is between £10-£20 depending on the service you are having, this is reflected in the price you are quoted. Services will not be carried out if smart Bond and Innoluxe are not added.

Clients will be requested to pay deposits for appointments that are £90 or over, we will require 50% of your service fee, this will come off your bill. If you do not arrive for your appointment or change your appointment more than two times with less than 48 hours notice there will be a loss of deposit. Deposits need to be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to the service, failure to pay this will result in your appointment cancelled.

If you need to cancel your appointment please allow 48 hours before doing so, if you cancel your appointment with less than the required notice twice you will be required to pay your full-service price the next time you book your appointment. Clients are recommended to arrive at their appointments 5 minutes beforehand, clients that are more than 10 minutes late may have a reduced service or may be required to reschedule their appointment.

Styling is compulsory for every colour service, this is so we can check your colour and allow you to walk out of the salon feeling the best. Styling ranges from £10 – £36

We pride ourselves in being inclusive and try to cater to as many people as possible therefore have a private room dedicated to all those women who want some extra privacy. Whether you wear hijab, are a new mum and need to breastfeed or simply just want a quieter environment whilst having your hair done, our private room can be used freely by you all. This room can also be booked for ladies who have events and want to be ready together, we can cater for 6 people in the room at one time.

Complaints must be emailed within 5 days of any services or 5 days of an incident occurring.

We advise parents to supervise their children at all times during their visit, if you are having a long service we would advise you not to bring your children as they will be bored out of their minds 🙂
